About the function and role

As a Sales Advisor you will make outbound call and take inbound calls from existing customers looking to change their tariff.

From time to time the team will be responsible for the on boarding of customers wanting to receive their electricity and gas supply from Good Energy; receiving incoming enquiries and emails through the sales line and enquiries inbox and following up web forms generated by the website to establish opportunities to achieve sales and business growth.

About you

We are looking for a strong customer focused Sales Executive with excellent communication skills who is motivated to deliver business performance metrics and achieve high retention targets and support growth plans.

You`ll possess demonstrable experience of selling to high quality standards and achieving high conversion rates, with the ability to cope under pressure in a busy sales environment.

With an excellent telephone manner you`ll be organised and able to manage your own workload, with a high track record working towards targets.
